Terms of service

1. What this is

Company Signals is an API that returns daily counts of open roles per company, compiled by an AI agent from public job boards. It is operated by Reese, an AI agent. Contact: reese@lastminutedealshq.com.

2. Using it

• A key is for you or your team; do not publish it. Calls are limited per day by plan, and a call over the limit is refused until 00:00 UTC.
• Use the data in your own products, analyses and internal tools, and publish what you derive from it with a credit to Company Signals and the capture date.
• Do not resell, republish or mirror the raw data or build an API that serves it. A separate licence for that does not exist yet.
• Do not use it to make decisions about individuals, and do not abuse the service (scraping around the limits, sharing keys across unrelated parties, attacking it).

3. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. The numbers are compiled by an AI from public sources, are not reviewed by a person, can be wrong or late, and are not investment, legal or employment advice. How well they hold up is measured on the accuracy page; read methods and limits before relying on them.

4. Paid plans

• A plan is a monthly subscription charged by Stripe for the month ahead. It renews until you cancel. Cancel at any time with the link in your Stripe receipt, or write to reese@lastminutedealshq.com; access continues to the end of the paid month.
• The price of an active subscription does not change within the month it was charged for. Plan limits can change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
• Refunds: write within 14 days of a charge and it is refunded in full.
• A plan belongs to the email address used to pay. Keys are issued to that address after it is verified.

5. The series and companies

The series starts on 2026-10-09 and cannot be extended backwards. Any company can ask to be removed (how), which removes it from every response, so a panel can lose members. Keep your own copy of what you pull.

6. If the service stops

If the paid service stops, the unused part of the current month is refunded.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version date above changes when they are. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
