Hiring signals for recruiting leads

Recruiters and staffing teams want to reach a company while it is ramping up. The daily change in open roles, and in which departments, shows who is ramping now, before the posts spread to job aggregators.

How

1. Call /v1/changes daily and keep companies whose count rose.
2. Open /v1/company/{host} for the ones that fit; the department counts show where the growth is.

Limits to plan for

• The API gives counts and departments, not job titles, contacts or people. Go to the company's board (the response links it) for the roles.
• Coverage leans to venture-backed software companies.
• Department names are the company's own and are not standardised.
